Melissa is a wonderful employee and I've had the pleasure of seeing her growth from one department to her current department. Earlier today I needed access to an area for vendor work and before I could even finish describing the area she new exactly which key I needed off the top of her head. She got me the key with assistance from her coworker(apologies I don't know his name) and it was the key I needed. It saved me time and got the vendors in to do their work quicker.
