We have had 5 challenging purchase orders in the last 6 months that required MUCH more than their fair share of contract negotiations and dealing with challenging vendor personalities. Kassie was a ROCKSTAR throughout negotiations and helping us deal with post contract installation challenges. We could not have done this without her help. I so appreciate her positive attitude and professionalism.
